Refund policy

Everything made by Rose Dale Creations is made to order so there is absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  If an item in the mail is "returned to sender" and the customer would still like to have it ship back, the shipping cost will have to be purchased again. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED within 5 days of receiving the item unused and unworn and returned in how it was received in NEW condition and a restock fee of 30% will be added before allowed to return. FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
